Aims
For materials/devices/systems-level development with institutional ‘micro + nano’ R&D capabilities,
Provide its users with powerful technical hands-on training in advanced characterization and processing techniques and enable them to acquire up-to-date R&D skills in the cleanroom and its periphery;
Build an internationally pioneering university research center in its domains as a globally well-connected R&D hub interwoven with state-of-the-art infrastructure and superior technical know-how and construct long-term strategic partnerships across academia and industry; and
Establish strategic R&D and business ecosystem for co-creation; and define, achieve, and maintain global technical leaderships in the center and with strategic partners.
